I put up four of these to hold legos for my kids and one came down. Otherwise I’d give five stars. I followed the install instructions but it could be because we have some texture on our walls. Otherwise it works great and is a good vertical storage solution.I bought these for my daughters play room and they’re great, I added the pom poms to them to make them cute. My daughter is 3 and insisted on putting the hook on the wall and it wasn’t where I wanted it, so we took the hook off and it took the paint off my wall. No leeway there! I kind of wish I hadn’t used them and just used a 3M sticky hook.These were the right choice for our small camper. So far so good on staying up, and they're holding most of what would otherwise clog up our tiny countertops. Its working to use large Command hooks just above the top one to hang raincoats.These little baskets are coming in handy for our camper for easy storage of various items. One thing I didn’t like was the adhesive hooks. The hooks themselves were fine but they’re attached to these large square and not so sticky pads. I just switched those out for some command hooks and all is well.I knew from comments that the adhesive hooks that come with these are not very reliable (and the company sent some tips after purchase because they are aware of the concerns from buyers) and I also knew I wanted to be able to load in bags of chips and things, so I just bought some Command 7.5 lb hooks to use with these. I have plenty of adhesive hooks and suction cups fail me over the years so I rely on the name brand and go for the heavy duty ones to avoid disappointment. With the right hooks, these work out great for adding a little extra storage to a tight space in my kitchen. They blend in nicely with my cream colored cabinets and just one can hold a large bag of chips and a few smaller trail mix and goodie bags on its own without looking crowded. The only thing I noticed that seems odd is the handles are angled forward instead of straight or back which could be an issue for smaller hooks. I wondered if I would need to bend them back but the large hooks I got were able to accommodate the angle without a problem. So just be prepared and you won’t be disappointed.Be careful because these will rip the paint off your wallGreat use in our RV bedside area.
